About Me

imageHello and thanks for visiting my website!

I am a 2005 graduate of the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy, with a 3.9 GPA and 1,150 hours of Trigger Point, Neuromuscular, Sports, Swedish, Geriatric, joint mobilization, deep tissue and chair modalities under my belt.

My continuing education includes medical massage and myofascial therapy, said to be the most effective form of massage.

Your massage session will be unique to you, beginning with a very flexible schedule to work around your lifestyle.  (I offer morning, day, and evening sessions and am available five to six days a week.)

Before your massage, we'll talk about your needs and how you envision the session to go. You undress to the level of your comfort as I will always have you professionally draped.

During the session, we will address how you want me to treat previously-unknown problem areas and you get to decide if you want me to focus on resolving those issues at that time or continue with the original massage plan.

After the session we'll discuss my findings and the self-care techniques I feel would best support you in-between massages.  SELF CARE IS IMPORTANT and you should value that as much as the massage itself.
